A Dailydo is the intentional undertaking of regular creative activity on consecutive days in order to achieve long lasting positive habitual changes in multiple areas of life.

To promote this we have developed the Do your Dailydo 7-day course

Do your Dailydo gets your creativity and communication flowing freely, breaking down the barriers that stop us doing and sharing. It feeds positively into your wider life, creating confidence and energy. Do your Dailydo supports you to develop keystone habits that significantly impact across many areas of life and provides a powerful context to your life for the duration of the course and beyond.

Do your Dailydo offers 7 days of good habits; 7 days of support; 7 days of commitment; 7 days of creating; 7 days of change; 7 days of sharing; 7 days of doing

Do you Daily-do is simple.

Each course runs over 7 consecutive days, with groups of five people.

There is a 1-hour group session to attend every day and you have individual work to complete between sessions that will take between 7 and 45 minutes dependent on the time you have available that day. Do your Dailydo is designed to fit within your regular weekly activities and provide a context to your week that raises your awareness increases effectiveness, creativity, peace of mind and enjoyment of life.

You can join the one hour group sessions either in person or through our online meeting space, whichever works best for you on each particular day of the course.

Do your Dailydo is for individuals, teams and organisations that want to rediscover their capacity to think and act creatively, move beyond being stopped by self-doubt, make and stick to commitments and share their work without fear.

A Daily do can be a poem, a drawing, an idea, a piece of music, a blog. In fact anything that inspires you and can be shared with your group.

Do you Daily-do is simple, do something creative, share it and do it again……every day for seven days.

It doesn’t matter what time of day you do your Dailydo.

It doesn’t matter where you are or how you’re feeling.

It doesn’t matter whether you want to do it or not.

Do it when you’re happy, when you’re sad, when you’re bored, lonely, busy and scared.

Just Do your Dailydo every day for seven days.
